In Ireland it is 30-50 km/h.
On the Isle of Man, 48 km/h or 30 mph.
On open roads:
Main motorways in the UK and Northern Ireland 112 km/or 70 mph.
Normal open road in the UK 97 km/h or 60 mph.
In Ireland it is 80-90 km/h.
On the Isle of Man, there is no speed limit for certain areas of open roads between some towns.
